Cancellation vs Refund Policy
Cancelling a service does NOT automatically entitle you to a refund. Cancellation simply stops future billing cycles. Refunds are separate processes that require valid justification and proper request procedures through our official support channels.
Refund Request Requirements
Refunds are only available through formal requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase for valid reasons such as technical issues, service failures, or billing errors. Service Quality Issues
Refunds may be considered if we fail to deliver the promised service quality, experience significant downtime beyond our SLA, or encounter technical issues that prevent service delivery. Customers must report such issues within 7 days of occurrence with proper documentation.
Billing and Payment Errors
Refunds for billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions will be processed after verification. Customers must provide transaction details and supporting documentation. Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of the charge.
Non-Refundable Services
Setup fees, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and custom configuration services are non-refundable. Services that have been actively used for more than 24Hrs are generally not eligible for refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Refund Review Process
All refund requests undergo a comprehensive review process including technical analysis, usage verification, and policy compliance check. Our team reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before processing any refund request.
Partial Refunds
